Senior Scholarship winners – we want to honor you!
Seniors-- If you have been offered academic scholarships or received an academic award, please let us know, so we can honor you at our Senior Academic Scholarship and Awards Presentation. Please report ALL scholarships, even if you don’t plan to attend the university that awarded it. Please report using this form. Students will need to be signed in to their Jeffco Google accounts to access the form.
Please make a separate submission for each scholarship awarded. (If you have been awarded 3 different scholarships, you will make 3 form submissions).
The form will require you to attach official documentation for each award, so please contact the scholarship/award provider to obtain official documentation if you do not have it.
All submissions are DUE APRIL 22
The Senior Academic Scholarship and Awards ceremony will take place on May 19, 2022 at 6:30 p.m.
