Alternative Cooperative Education (ACE)
ACE is a multi-occupational pathway that facilitates individualized, developmentally appropriate programming necessary to support career and technical education students, promoting self-sufficiency. This includes students identified to be in “special populations.”
ACE programming is developed through collaboration with educators, business representatives and community stakeholders. The collaboration creates locally responsive, relevant work- and school-based learning experiences.
ACE students will demonstrate competency in postsecondary workforce readiness, leading to technical skill attainment with a focus on high-wage, high-skill occupations in high-demand industries.
