Students will need to join Schoology/Google Classroom courses with access codes to find their Zoom links for the first day of school.
Second semester schedules are available in Campus. Using your schedule, please lookup the Course Access codes for each of your classes on this document.
Unlike previous semesters, you will need to self-join all 6 of your classes with an Access code.. Once you have joined each class, you will see the Zoom links you need for class. Please try to join all of your courses today (Jan. 5) so any course access issues can be resolved right away.

Cumulative Spreadsheet of Access Codes. Schoology course access codes are long & have hyphens in them (MS8J-6P93-CTWSR). Shorter access codes without hyphens (aygbyi) are for Google Classroom. If you see a "Teacher will enroll" message in lieu of an access code, you will see that course appear in Schoology by 7am on Jan. 6th.

Please make sure you have watched the video walkthrough - How to Join ALL of your classes with an Access Code since many questions are answered in that video. If you have additional questions, students may drop-in from 1:30-3:00 on January 5th via Zoom for help joining their classes.

FAQs
What learning model will be in place when we return to school in January?
RVHS, and all of Jeffco, will start second semester in a 100% remote learning model.
Accessing Classes on January 6th:
Second Semester will begin on January 6th in a remote learning model as a synchronous White Day. This means that all students will need to log into their teacher's Schoology or Google Classroom class and follow the bell schedule attached HERE.
How will students get to class the first day since Jeffco is starting in a remote model?
On January 5th, parents and students will be emailed a list of course codes. Using their schedule from Campus and the provided codes, students will join the relevant Schoology or Google Classroom courses. Once students have joined all of their classes, they will see the Zoom links needed for each class in Schoology/Google Classroom. Students should use each teacher’s posted Zoom link in Schoology/Google Classroom to attend classes according to the Bell Schedule on January 6th.
What if my student needs help joining their Schoology or Google Classroom courses?
Written and video directions will be provided with the email on January 5th and are posted above on this page. Additionally, a drop-in Zoom help session will be available from 1:30-3:00 on January 5th. Students may drop in as needed to get assistance joining their classes. The link for the Zoom help session will be posted here on Jan. 5th shortly before 1:30pm.
