Submissions due by November 6th
*Submissions MUST follow Jefferson County Public School Code of Conduct
* Videos may not exceed 2 minutes
* Must be videoed on a phone unless Videography is the talent (The judges will be judging talent only, not special effects)
* Make sure that the link is visible (shared) with the PUBLIC (Youtube, Google Drive, etc.)
* If the submission is a group act submit only ONE form (include all other names in the last section)
* First place will receive $100
