Beginning August 8th, student schedules will be emailed to those students who have paid all 1st semester fees and fines, AND have completed the JeffcoConnect steps outlined on our Fall Registration page.

Please be patient as schedules are emailed to students one at a time. Also, schedules CAN change up until the first day of class, so please double check your schedule in Campus before the first day of classes to ensure that no changes have occurred.

Academic Schedule Changes
Students should contact their counselor via email as soon as possible following the release of schedules if the following academic reason(s) needs to be addressed.

  • The student has already received credit in the course
  • The student has not completed a prerequisite or is
    scheduled in a wrong level
  • A student’s schedule is incomplete (9-11 grade must have
    6 classes, seniors need at least 5 classes)
  • A senior needs a specific course to graduate

Preferential Schedule Changes
Scheduling over 1,800 students is a challenging process and there is little room for adjustments. We do our best to accommodate preferential changes. However, school policy allows counselors to make changes on space availability and/or moving students from a larger class size to a smaller class to maintain a balanced student/teacher ratio.

Students wanting a preferential schedule change will attend all classes on their schedule for the first few days. Preferential schedule changes will only take place on Tuesday August 20th and Wednesday August 21st during the student’s OFF period in the counseling center.

If a student has a full schedule (7 classes) they may see their counselor during ICE on Tuesday August 20th.
