Important Dates

  • Aug. 15th - 1st Day for 9th  Graders: Freshmen  Orientation Day (8:15 am -3:30 pm)
  • Aug. 16th - 1st Day for All students (Silver Day)

Fall Registration & Student Schedules (Complete in August)

Step 1 – Parents/Guardians complete your annual update in the Campus Portal 

Go to ’More’ at the bottom of the page, click ’On-line Registration’ and review each of the tabs for all students included in the household. Continue by reviewing and correcting all contact information and provide an electronic signature.


No changes? Please SAVE and SUBMIT for each student to confirm the information.

BE SURE under the “Agreement” tab, you review and select the appropriate options. You

MUST acknowledge the code of conduct AND bring your own device agreements.


Please DON’T create yourself again!! If you can’t remember your password, use the “forgot password” link on the login page.


Please check that BOTH parents/guardians have updated information, especially if the

family has moved.


Step 2 – Pay Fees

Beginning after 12:00pm on Aug. 4th, pay fees/fines online through the Parent Portal in Campus or through the Guest Payment portal.


Step 3 – View Schedules

Student schedules are now visible via the Parent/Student Portal.  Once logged in follow these steps:
1. Select student
2. Open options menu in top left-hand corner
3. Select "Schedule"
If you desire a placement review for the reasons listed below, click here (NOTE: You must be logged into the student’s Jeffco Google account to submit the form. An email/phone call to your counselor does NOT replace the completion of this form.)  
Schedules will be adjusted to rectify errors made in the scheduling of courses.  The following circumstances are considered errors:
Required prerequisite not fulfilled
Course previously taken
Graduation requirement needed
Not enough courses
Duplicate course

School Technology

9th Graders - As part of Jeffco’s TechforEd Program, all 9th grade students will receive a new Lenovo 300e Chromebook to use for the next 4 years. These devices are typically  distributed the first week of school.  Students should bring their fully charged devices to school daily.


10th Graders - All 10th graders who attended Jeffco last year should continue to use the TechforEd Chromebook they received last year. These devices should be brought to school daily, fully charged. Tenth graders who are new to Jeffco will be issued a Chromebook to use. 


11th Graders - All 11th graders who attended Jeffco last year should continue to use the TechforEd Chromebook they were issued their freshmen year (or the year they transferred to Jeffco). These devices should be brought to school daily, fully charged. Juniors who are new to Jeffco will be issued a Chromebook to use. 


12th Graders - All 12th graders who attended Jeffco last year should continue to use the TechforEd Chromebook they were issued their freshmen year (or the year they transferred to Jeffco). These devices should be brought to school daily, fully charged. Seniors who are new to Jeffco will be issued a Chromebook to use.
